MY HR And More President and Owner, Monica Garza, has over 30+ years of business management and human resource experience.  Since 2017, she has led the growth and expansion of My HR's diverse clientele across the Rio Grande Valley, which includes for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations in industries such as: medical, professional services, retail, logistics, and the hospitality industries.  Monica is active in the following boards: Brownsville Chamber of Commerce past Chairwoman, The Moody Clinic and ESF (Estudiantes Sin Fronteras). She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Lower Valley Chapter of SHRM, FemCity, Brownsville North Rotary Club, and Zonta.
